Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to lead and oversee complex projects within our organisation. This role is crucial for ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget, while also aligning with our strategic objectives. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities and a proven track record in project management, making a significant impact on our operational success.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning and implementation of project initiatives, ensuring alignment with organisational goals.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure all aspects of each project are delivered effectively.
  • Monitor project progress and performance, making adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.
  • Manage project budgets, resources, and timelines, ensuring efficient use of resources.
  • Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and senior management.
  • Facilitate project meetings and ensure clear documentation of project milestones and deliverables.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring proactive problem-solving.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in a senior role.
  • Proven experience in managing large-scale projects from inception to completion.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • PMP or equivalent project management certification is preferred.
