This role will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining robust HSEQ systems and processes that align with both client expectations and regulatory standards and compliance. This role will champion HSEQ best practices across engineering design, procurement, and construction phases, ensuring risk is effectively managed and compliance is maintained. With a strong focus on collaboration, this role is critical for shaping the HSEQ framework that underpins Delonix Solutions' strategic growth and EPC/EPCM capability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and improve the Integrated Management System (IMS) in line with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards
  • Coordinate internal and external audits, ensuring regulatory and project compliance.
  • Drive continuous improvement in HSEQ systems, embedding best practices across engineering, procurement and delivery teams.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to strengthen our Integrated Management System and support our EPC/EPCM growth
  • Own and manage project safety documentation from tenders to compliance reports, ensuring accuracy and alignment with project needs.

Skills and Experience

  • Tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, or related field.
  • 10+ years HSEQ experience within mining, infrastructure, or construction sectors.
  • Strong working knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards.
  • Experience managing Integrated Management Systems (IMS) and coordinating audits.
  • Skilled in risk assessment, incident investigation, and root cause analysis.
  • Familiarity with AS/NZS 4801 and environmental compliance frameworks.

The Lead Planner plays a pivotal role in driving project success through strategic scheduling and planning excellence. Reporting directly to the Manager of Projects, with dotted lines to our PM's, this role is responsible for developing, maintaining, optimising and reporting project schedules and plans across disciplines and project phases.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develops, maintains and optimises detailed master schedules (Primavera P6 or MS Project) aligned with engineering, procurement, and construction milestones.
  • Works closely with discipline leads to gather inputs and validate task durations, dependencies, and resource allocations.
  • Monitors progress against baseline schedules and flags deviations early.
  • Apply cost and resource loading to schedules.
  • Provides schedule updates, critical path analysis and forecasts to project managers and clients..

Skills and Experience

  • 10+ years' experience in mining or major infrastructure projects across EPC and EPCM delivery models
  • Bachelor's degree or other relevant tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Project Management.
  • Proficiency in Primavera P6, with working knowledge of MS Project desirable.
  • Capable of identifying scheduling risks and proposing proactive solutions with strong critical path analysis and forecasting capabilities.
  • Experience preparing and assessing Extension of Time claims
  • Knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM)
